Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to addresses across the UK. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will get to you:

We want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return window: You can return items within [X days] of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, with all packaging and tags intact.
How to return: Simply email us at hello@pet-drop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow [X business days] for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
